Right, just, and necessary

Communique from Generalleutnaut Konstantin Schmidt von Knobelsdorf, Commander of X Corps, to Crown Prince Wilhelm
The defeat of the 27th Royal Bavarian has made it clear that the Bärenvolk are capable of mounting devastating attacks on our forces. Therefore, leave must be given to use every available countermeasure. We must deploy the Einhornwaffe more aggressively, both the Imperial and Royal Tyrolean Mounted Unicorn Brigade and the Fliegend (Flying) Einhornwaffe. I again urge you to send the Valkyrie-class zeppelins to London and the Midlands to attack civilian as well as military targets. These new zeppelins have much higher maximum speed and range than any that have come before. Furthermore, these “steel ghosts” resist the new phosphorous bullets used by the devious British, and thus cannot catch fire. Every V-class zeppelin carries twenty flying mounted warcorns, each one of which can launch from their mid-air “cloud stable” to a maximum height of 15,000 meters to swoop down on the British populace. The Mounted Einhornwaffe Brigades, by contrast could be used in direct, frontal assault trench warfare where, up until now they have been solely used for raiding only. These measures are right, just and necessary to secure the victory of the German Empire.
